Spearmint

Mentuiccia is ground fresh with whole sea salt and stored in glass, so it retains the minerals that would be lost through drying. It can be used for pork, rabbit, duck, lamb recipes and more generally in marinades, or to prepare grilled meat. It makes foods tastier and more digestible and is ideal for pasta and beans, chickpea and potato soups, and for flavoring bread, rustic cakes, and flatbreads.
