These herbs, grown on our farm, are ground fresh with whole sea salt and stored in glass, so they retain the mineral salts that would be lost through drying.
They are excellent for meat or fish preparations, to enhance the flavor of soups and stews, and for topping pasta, roasted potatoes, bruschetta, white pizza, and bread croutons.

Magic herbs can also be used directly on the table in place of salt. They fragrance dishes making them appetizing even when cooked or seasoned without fat, so they are excellent in diets.
