They are excellent for meat or fish preparations, to enhance the flavor of soups such as pasta and chickpeas, pasta and beans, spelt soups, barley soups, for topping pasta, roasted potatoes, bruschetta, white pizza, and bread croutons. Magic herbs can also be used directly on the table in place of salt. They fragrance dishes making them appetizing even when cooked or seasoned without fat, so they are excellent in diets.
